Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Autism Clinic at Hope seeks to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in working with children with disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Position duties include the following:

  • Develop individualized treatment goals for children and adolescents with a range of functioning levels using a variety of assessment tools
  • Monitor data collection and evaluate data to guide programming
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop function-based intervention plans
  • Supervise therapy services implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity of interventions in both clinic and community settings
  • Provide family and provider consultations
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive treatment
  • Communicate effectively with families and other professionals
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualified candidates must:

  • Be certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Be able to be enrolled as an insurance provider
